Oriental Bank Of Commerce — recovery of netflix subscription - reg.

My account number is [protected]... Unfortunately, i received a message that an amount of rs.799/- has been recovered for netflix. As i have no netflix connection, why the subscription without getting consent from me was recovered.

Date :13.07.2020
Prcr/87012842/[protected]/[protected]
Net flix (Pgsi) mumbai.

Kindly cancel the recovery and credit it to my account.in future also there should not be any recovery to net flix.
