Oriental Bank Of Commerce — refund my money

I was placing an online order on 02/10/19 from amazon during which my amount of rs 6489 got debited but my order was not placed.
I did not got any order confirmation from amazon
It showed "payment failed".
But amazon said they are refund money success
They also give reference no 13361
I have attached my reference no pls check and refund my money
