Oriental Bank Of Commerce — Refund related complaint

I have ordered DHRUVI TRENDZ Women Printed Top with Half Sleeves for Office Wear, Casual Wear, Under 399 Top for Women/Girls Top (Green&Mustered, Small) ( Rs.499.00 ) 10 Feb, 2021.the order no is[protected]. It was received but I have returned my product.
Amazon initiated the refund on 15Feb, 2021and it was expected to come on 22-23Feb.
Amazon gave me the refund reference no. But the OBC bank has still not credited my money.
I done payment with my debit Visa card.
This is urgent please help me as soon as possible.
