Oriflame India — Health issues with product but company not return or refund

I am order the oriflame product from oriflame authorize consultant. But I have health issues with that product and then I call customer care. She said me to do mail to customer care but not any reply got. After that authorize consultant also call and mail the complaint about same. Still not find solutions from company. Then after so many days of fight with customer care finally tell just courier the products..After that we courier the product also but after so many days oriflame company not reply anything nor produce refund or return against the product...
Please help me with this matter I have all the necessary documents.
