I am order the oriflame product from oriflame authorize consultant. But I have health issues with that product and then I call customer care. She said me to do mail to customer care but not any reply got. After that authorize consultant also call and mail the complaint about same. Still not find solutions from company. Then after so many days of fight with customer care finally tell just courier the products..After that we courier the product...

I have purchased NovAge brilliance infinite set. By using that my skin was getting dull hence I am not satisfied with your product. I want to return that product....

I hate oriflame company..i made an order and cancel it...so, i still didn't get any refund on my cancel order...i send them the email and they said its refund, but no refund...from now on, im not going to make an order/to purchase something on oriflame again and again......

Greeting, Past 5 to 6 years, I have been purchasing each and every products from oriflame. Suddenly a gap became due to some of my personal issues. Therefore i was bared to connect with oriflame account after a couple of months i tried to login with my account but is throws out an error naming "user is blocked to login" and "Network error" .

I rechecked my phone's status as well as my internet connection,...

I really heard very high about the company. I came through a distributor of oriflame who claimed weight loss through a product called nutrishake vanilla. I thought a give it a try and due to my hectic schedule I couldn't consume it but when I opened last week it was full of black keeda kind of things.

I never ever seen any kind of things before in any local brand also. I immediately complaint to her but after one week also...

I have a complain On payment I've order and I receive my order and paid in cod but whenever I tried to paid in cod it shown me that it's unpaid...

I, Ritu Agarwal ordered products worth ₹1504 on 1/11/21 and the estimated delivery date was 6/11/21 . 2 days after the estimated delivery have passed but I haven't received any parcel nor my mails regarding the misplaced parcel have been answered . This is the first time that I am facing this issue that is why I am a bit worried . Please look into this matter and deliver it as soon as possible....

Order not received .My consutant number is 9938597.7th october was my estimated delivery date.Amount Rs 2297 paid already.i had submitted mails but not got any proper reply....

My oriflame ID is 10017438, following is mentioned :

1. Director Ms. Archana Vershney of Oriflame is placing order without my permission. She placed 3 times order from my oriflame ID without my permission. Kindly stop her to place order from my ID.

2. I have sent several mails regarding credit my money or Rs. 3524 to my bank account . But no action from your end has been taken till date. kindly transfer my money...

I didn't think the cream would cogulate, but guess what it did. It's expiry date is 12/22, and the cream has just turned into this pasty kind of something....

I have been using Oriflame products for 7years and liked every product but this men's collection perfume is the worst of the worst.
It just makes me sick when I smell it and was a waste of money.

The above-mentioned nail polish ( colour Gold Fever) has dried in no time.
The expiry date of product is in 09/2021. So I had over two months o[censored]sage left but the product has dried rendering it useless.
Pls advice a resolution....

I ordered product and made payment on 09.06.21 for about rs. 4805 with order no.[protected], tracking no.10040540 estimated delivery on 24.06.21. I have haven't recieved till 3rd of July. Please look into this matter of what could be the reason and TAKE IMMEDIATE ACTION as they are orders made by my customers and this TERRIBLE DELAY has AFFECTED MY BUSSINESS.
