Oriflame India — Order not delivered after the estimated delivery

Dear Sir/Madam,
I, Ritu Agarwal ordered products worth ₹1504 on 1/11/21 and the estimated delivery date was 6/11/21 . 2 days after the estimated delivery have passed but I haven't received any parcel nor my mails regarding the misplaced parcel have been answered . This is the first time that I am facing this issue that is why I am a bit worried . Please look into this matter and deliver it as soon as possible.
