I had ordered few products from Oriflame India few days back. I did a complete payment online but when the package arrived, 2 items were missing in it. I complained immediately to their service center. They promised to revert back with in 2 days. There was no response for 1 week. After calling again they tell me that they have dispatched all the items and they have record of the weights. I asked them the weight. The weight dispatched was 14 grams less than the actual weight that should have been. Weight of the two items missing was 4 grams each which equal to 8 grams. But in-spite of regular follow the customer support center refused to acknowledge my complaint.
Heres full mail conversation with their customer support representative:
Please refer to attached invoice of order number[protected].
I would like to bring to your notice that item code no 30670 & 30667 has not been delivered in the package. The payment had been made for these products including the other ones.
Kindly look into the issue & revert back.

Thanks for your assistance. I am getting your response after 3 weeks. But I would like to restate that I did not receive 2 products in my consignment as mentioned in trailing mail.
Please confirm if you have checked the item weight or not. It is very clearly mentioned that package weight is 0.961 and what you have dispatched is 0.940. The weight of two missing items is 4 gms each. Please see the attached Invoice. Please send me weight wise details of the items dispatched.
Please tell me the solution to this. I have not received 2 items and I have paid for the same.

It's pretty shameful that a company like Oriflame is not having systems to clarify my queries. And when you say that you have clarified things over phone, let me tell you what was said on phone. It was told that the issue will be looked into and it will solved soon. Anyways I ll take this mail and circulate all over Internet on consumer forums. Make some YouTube videos abt the way this issues is being handled. Even the break up of weights has not been provided by you and you say that the weights are tallied. Thank you for your pathetic support Kiran. And if you have little shame I am asking once again to provide me the weight break up.
