Oriflame — Worst products

I bought oriflame eye cream-optimals in july'14 but i cud not used it for a time being and kept it like this only. After some time when i opened it then it was like glue and i was not able to even apply it.According to the company(Oriflame) it is best before 03/ 2017 as well it start smelling so worst. If company wants then i can post the pictures as well to show that in what situation that cream is(Sticky and foul smell).After this i decided not to buy any products of oriflame and would suggest the reader as well not to buy any any product of it and still you want to buy then buy it at ur risk of loosing that much money. I want answer from company's end as well as solution of this kind of worst products.
