Hello Sir, I am Aditya Gupta, I have booked Creta car 1.6 CRDI SX White Polar at your polpular showroom in Gurgaon.i booked car on 14 august 2015 and he assured to delivered in 45 to 60 days but now he does not received my call and not to say any expected date for delivered.actually i also done my all work in loan.my loan will be ready to start on 5th November.but showroom's manager not to say anythink.he is always said that call me after 2 days or 3 days and now said call me after 1 week.I like Hyundai companies car becoz i used 4 to 5 Hyundai cars and i am very happy to use this all and i also like customer service.but now I am very shocked and I am very disappointed and not expected from Hyundai Company. Therefore, i requested to you take immediate step and please release my vehicle as early as possible. NISHA CABLE CO.PVT LTD.
