I have paid through net banking Rs 549/- for Airtel recharge as per the smart offer shown by the company in their website with 2GB per day for 56 days.
copy attached. What I note from Airtel app is that the recharge is done for 3GB per day for only 20 days from the expiry of the present plan. Pl refund the amount immediately as this amounts to unfair practice of the company which needs to be taken up with appropriate authorities.
