On 14Th October I started to recharge of 149 through your company but recharge failed and amount of 158 was deduced from my bank account through....

I have done recharge for my mobile twice, two times payment successful but my obile recharge failed

Sir I have tried to recharge my prepaid mobile number for the amount of RS.249, including gst its 264/- first time I did using my GPAY transaction Id [protected], and second time I did using netbanking for the same amount but payment successful not recharged, transaction id is [protected] pls refund my amount...

      Tried payment of BSES Yamuna electricity bill for Rs. 7250 on 11.06.2024 by SBI credit card but the transaction failed. Had called the contact centre of Orion immediately and the lady who picked up call said that amount will be reversed in a day.
      It still remains NOT REVERSED.

        Jio recharge was done on25/5/2024, for the amount 254, amount was deducted but recharge was failed, kindly do the needful...

          I wanted to recharge my fast tag... I had less information about how to recharge it. Thru surfing i was directed t0 payu. I deposited 700/- indian rupees. Which did not reflect in my account. I have a payment confirmation done to you thru payu of 742/- rupees. 700/- top up plus 42/- charge. Please either upload the fast tag or refund my payment.             Fast tag not charged after payment was made

            I have charged my Equitas fast tag through the Orion site for 500 rupees. However, the tag was not recharged and the amount has not been credited or returned.

                On October 13th 2023, I have made 2 payments of total 1, 003 Rs. The amount was debited and received an email for successful payments but I was charged again for the same the next month as arrears. Went to the electricity department they mentioned they haven't received the amount till date. It's been 2 months now. Want a quick action on the same. Very saddened about the experience.

                  M/s Orion Techno Age Opc Pr Pvt Ltd has collected my 662.00 electricity bill on 28.11.2023 and not paid to Mescom till date.

                  The electricity is disconnected and the said company has not informed any thong to me and also not returned the money .

                  Today i called the company and informed regarding the payment . The said company said due to some technical error payment has not made to Mescom and it will be returned.

                    The recharge is still not effected.

                          Fastag recharge scam strict action will be taken legally against this scam

                          I recharged my fastag account and haven’t got the balance updated but money was debited from account so strict complain and legal action will be taken against this scam company if I will not get my money back...

                          I recharged my fast tag account on 22/04/23 for Rs.2120. But this amount is not reflected in the fast tag account of Federal Bank. On checking the statement the amount has credited with Orion Techno Age OPC PR Noida.
