My reliance mobilenumber is [protected]. I recharged my Reliance Jio by paying Rs.3052 on Nov10th, 2023. But my Reliance Jio still continues to mention that my plan has expired . Where is my money ? Has Orion Techno Age not handed over the amount to Reliance Jio ? Was this information helpful? | 
We are unable to track your payment or your recharge history with the email, therefore we would request you to share the payment confirmation email received on your email also with the transaction ID, mobile number that you tried to recharge and your registered email id that was used at the time of transaction.
