Hi,
I have paid rs 300 for the work recently after talking to teena (Company representative). Orix sent me an agreement later after i provided photo and signature.in the agreement it is mentioned i will have to pay rs 10, 000 if i fail to submit work on time or does not achieve minimum accuracy of 90%. Agreement also says only notepad to be used for typing. So i refused to sign the agreement and i rejected the work. I requested to refund rs 300 back to me. But they refused. Instead they sent the agreement to my mail forging my signature and extracting my photo from my aadhar card copy and pasting it in agreement form without my consent. Now the company is threatened me to pay 4000rs in order to cancel the agreement. Please help me out Was this information helpful? |
