From orix company i am receing calls and messages and they are asking me to pay money and threatening me that matter will be drag to court

I am a student I started work in orix enterprises one year ago in May at that time they charged me 300 rs/-, after paying that amount they asked me to send my id proof, passport size photo and my signature, after i send those to them they sent me an agreement with my photo copy and with my signature, and in that agreement they mentioned if you doesn't achieve 90% accuracy then you need to pay 10, 000 rs/- as utility charges, when i see that i was scared and and started the work, and i finally submitted the work on[protected] within the given time but, i got mails from orix enterprises that i didn't meet the required criteria, so i need to pay 10, 000 rs/- otherwise we will take it this legally and file a case on me, i was so scared by seeing that mail, and I paid Rs. 10000. And then they called me to pay lakhs of rupees. And after one year now they are calling me again. if this is really happened my whole life will be spoiled, please help me out this problem.

I found a data entry job from orix enterprises. They said they would pay 190/- per page and gave workload after asking me to digitally sign an agreement with them (Subjecting to work for 11 months) and a video stating that i agree. They also made me give a passport size photo, aadhar. They didn't tell me about the 10000/- i had to pay for the next workload.
I started working and didn't complete my work on time. They made me pay 8, 500/- for 5 days extension and told i didn't reach 90% accuracy. They made me pay 21, 000/- for it. Then after a few days, i received calls saying i should pay more money of nearly 22, 000/- to cancel the existing agreement.
I filed a complaint at icf and received a reply that they are fake. As per told i contacted their bank asking for a refund but nothing happened. Since they didn't call be after that i moved on.
Today after nearly 10 months they contacted me saying i should pay 30950/-
Which includes 6*5000 for my 6 signatures. They should they will file a case in two days. I had already paid 29, 500/- before. Please help!

I have paid rs 300 for the work of data entry after talking to teena (Company representative). Orix sent me an agreement later after i provided photo and signature copy.in the agreement it is mentioned i will have to pay rs.9700/- if i fail to submit work on time or does not achieve minimum accuracy of 90%. Agreement also says only notepad to be used for typing. Font to be used is times new roman, the most difficult font to read.in the agreement it is also mentioned that if company doubts 90% accuracy for the work, it may further give 150 pages to type in 15 days with 90% accuracy needed to confirm. So i did that worked and got submitted to them before 15days, after submission they had sent me mail of rejecting my work as non accuracy, now asking for money otherwise they had filled legal case which scaring me badly, what the fake they are, i had worked with full of enthusiasm after they rejected and now asking money too. Please help me out

Long back, i was associated with orix enterprices. They told me to pay 300 rupees for getting some work done.
I wasn’t able to do the work, they asked me to pay 9700. Somehow i managed to pay them because they were threatening me and they closed my case. Now after 7/8 months they are again contacting me and saying to pay 15000. Please help me. I paid 9700 to akshay mistry

Orix enterprises company make a agreement online when i provide them adhar card. They first ask me to pay 300 for online job work for 150 pages within 15 days otherwise you will pay 9700 rupees at the time of agreement. I accept the agreement. But due to some reason i can not complete the work. I am ready to pay the amount 9700 rupees. But company did not convey me about their bank details where i have to pay and they direct taken the legal action by their legal adviser name is mr. Vijay chauhan. He call me and demand to pay 8500 by today afternoon 1 pm. I have to complete my work on dated 27/04/2019. They are harassing me to pay the amount otherwise you have to face the problem for this like they are telling. Now they are telling to pay 18500 rupees i paid that as well to cancel the agreement and i got a call from the advocates that case as reopened and to pay 12, 000 ore else you will be arrested. What should i do? I am afraid. Please help me because i lost my father 2 weeks back we are in bad situation, kindly please help me requesting you please sir.

I am nandhini i got a whatsapp message from a person named sushil sharma. He forwarded me few images of the so called company orix enterprises and its very genuine one providing excellent platform to work from home where we can earn with less investment.in the images that were forwarded it was written that we have to just pay 300 rupees as registration fee. And then they will very soon send us the workload of typing directly to our gmail address. It was mentioned that the they will send me 150 pages which i have to type as it is in notepad. It was also mentioned that after we submit the workload the amount around 9700 will be deducted from our first payment. Stressing on point that they will pay rs 190 for each page. That means even after deduction we will get 18500 in hand. Then he sent me a software of the agreement and he asked me my aadhar card image. He also asked me to upload my selfie and sign on the agreement software. Initially i was hesitating to proceed but he didn't even give me time to read the entire agreement properly, he just told me do this and do that. Then he next asked me to say this sentence "i am agreeing with the rules and regulations of orix enterprises and i m willing to work, kindly send me the workload". I asked him if i can send audio, but he further forced me to send video. I proceeded with the video. Then he asked me to send any of my family member or my friends number. They gave my workload on may and gave me submission date on 7th may 2019. I also completed my work in notepad as they said. On 8th april 2019, i got an email from the qc department saying my id is terminated becoz of not achieving the accuracy level of 90% wherein they have not even assessed my data correctly. They mentioned they will check only few random pages but they have checked maximum and pointed saying that i didn't meet the accuracy level and now they are asking me to pay the amount. I dont have that much money to pay.

Please help me get out of this.

Iam Rahul from the poor family. Iam a malayali.poor knowledge in English.I had paid 300/- to the orix enterprises for the online data entry. I couldn't complete the work due to my system break down, i had informed the same to them, but they asked me to pay money. I refused to pay money. Then they told me to pay money 10000/- to company otherwise a case will be filled in my name. They keep harrassing me to pay money. I didn't have any money to pay. They also contacted my father and gave warning to file a case on me and arrest me.

Orix is fooling around all the students within India from different cities they are calling from different phone numbers and what's app numbers to force the students and trying to get the money from them or their parents/guardians I would request the cyber crime team and or the police law and order team to take strict action against them before any or more than one student takes a wrong step.

After that the file did not open, and erroneously there original mail also had got deleted, and trying to contact they told only through whatsapp that to contact in complain number mentioned, but to utter surprise nobody received the call and no help I have till date, and for which the work could not be completed . But company have directly taken the legal action by their legal adviser . He had even called me and now have started harrasing me to pay the amount otherwise you have to face the problem for this like they are telling. Now they are telling they will file FIR against me and threatening me . What shoud i do? I am afraid. Please help me.

I have joined it for side income. I have done my work somehow within 15 days. But they said your accuracy is less than 90% and you have to pay 9700. If you not pay then legal action will be taken. I pay 9700. And said to him, that I want to close agreement, but they refuse, they said you have to pay more 5500 rs for close it.
But this amount is hidden by company in starting of work.
I have paid all the amount now when I know this is fraud, I requested to you please provide my money back

They gave me work. But they did not give any training. But still I did the work. And they say I have not maintained accauracy in my work. So I have to pay money. Which I do not have. Kindly help me in this regard. They have taken my aadhar card .i have taken up my research that is why I took this work. But now I only have to pay from where will I'll pay. This is Praveen, I am also one of the sufferer by this company, at time of joining they asked me to pay 300/- to register with this company, after that they provided me 150 pages jpg images (with poor visible quality some pages) and asked me to completed it in 15 days if in case failed to maintain 90%accuracy i have to pay 10000/- to this company. I agreed that condition to work with them, then after they asked me send Aadhar card, photo and sign through whatsup. I send them. They pasted my signature without my Permission on the agreement and sent to my id. I asked then "who gave the authority to past my signature with out my permission" they replied me to contact support department on behalf of this. And also along with this message i asked them to terminate my id. They became silent to my mails and calls till contract period 15 days and now harassing me to pay charges other wise will sue on me under section 420 and 406.
I am also attaching all mail and whatsup conversation proofs for references. Please check below. I asked them terminate my id on same day when they send me the agreement.

The main moto of this company is cheat, thats what they send the agreement after receiving video proof from my side. The signature on that agreement is not pasted by me. They didn't responded to my mail which i asked on behalf of agreement sent by them.

I call them and told i dont have money. Today i got a message from them stating my case number and date and under section 420 and 406. Please help me to solve this problem

I was struggling for financial crises, so to earn extra money other than my part time job, i started my work with orix enterprises. I was told to complete my typing work within 15 days i. E. Before or on 4th june 2019. I have to type on notepad with font size 10 which is very difficult to type. Their one page itself contain 2 or 3 pages if we try to write them on ms word. Despite of all this, i completed my work and submitted it on 3 rd june 2019 itself. Unfortunately, i had submitted my faulted folder to them. When they send me mail that my project has been rejected, i beg my pardon to them and send them my original copy. But they are not ready to accept it, they are asking for utility charges which is rs. 10000/-. When i asked them for my agreement copy before starting my work, they didn't send me, but when they rejected my work they send me copy of agreement. They made agreement, in which they posted my photo and signature without my consent. I have submitted my original copy to them on 4th june 2019 i. E. On time. I have no money to pay their utility charges. Due to their behavior it is clear that they are not interested in work but in utility charges. I asked them for any official website or information, they directly rejected to provide it by saying that it is a sole proprietor company. Sir, please solve my problem, even i am not interested to work further with this company.
Sir, i want my payment for my hard work and not willing to pay any utility charges, if they want more work for my payment i am ready do it, but i want my payment.

I rewathi got mail for online/offline work from orix enterprises. I joined with initial payment of 300, i submitted within the stipulated time period. As, i received mail from qc my work got rejected. The very next day i called, had a word with mr. Akshay mistry he said our advocate will call u. For i'd termination i am supposed to pay 15200 either legal notice will be issued. They were like the helpline dept can't help if i won't make payment before 11pm, which wasn't mentioned in the agreement that i signed. I was required to pay 9700 as per agreement but it wasn't given the payment to be made within the next day. This is a real cheating to those who join for genuine reason of financial instability. I request vide not to be a part of this fake organization. Kindly help me redeem the amount i paid due to mental harassment. This is their helpline number [protected].

I am harsha. My brother got to know about this and he fell into the trap. He left to abroad for his higher studies. He got to know that this is a fake company and he left this. Now they are calling to his number. He kept his number with me as he can't use this number there. Please suggest me what to do. I know this is a fake company as i have read all reviews.
