Orris Infrastructure Pvt Ltd — Lack of quality work and delay in rework after possession

We were happy when our keys of Flat No 801, Tower B-5 were handed over to us in your Orris Carnation project. But on visiting the said flat we were disappointed about a number of things on the poor quality and ill maintenance of the flat for which a snag list was prepared by your team on 21st October 2015 and we were committed that all the work will be over latest by 15th Nov 2015. But to our dismay the project is neither handled properly nor do we see any sort of solid commitment from the team at Orris carnation. We feel duped and cheated as the team has just handed over the project without final completion!!! We are kept at bay for more than 2 months now and as the flat is simply not in a situation to get shifted. We feel that the team has lost interest in doing our work as we have already made complete payment on time along with one year advance maintenance !!!

Whenever we visit we are given false commitment and then there is no work done and this has been following on for 2 months now. Is Orris management not responsible enough to complete the task at hand ???

There are a number of things in the snag list which includes a dirty and full of scratches door (for which one does not even have to move into the apartment to see – it is evident from the outside itself), the rusted and dirty bathroom fittings along with dirty sanitary ware (which do not give us a feeling that we are coming to a new apartment), mismatch in tiles in bathroom, kitchen and balconies (have we not shelled enough money that we be given a standard shade of tiles???)

Most critical is the seepage issue which had increased from a small patch on the wall to the entire wall and has spread in all the three bathrooms now since it was not addressed in time. Mr Aalam kept on giving us false commitments till date that the leakage has stopped and you guys are only waiting for the wall to dry and repaint it. However this was completely incorrect statement as the seepage would have not increased in that case. This problem is so acute now and is clearly reflecting the poor quality of construction which was not expected in your first project at least. It needs immediate attention and a permanent solution. And now several seepage points have cropped up all over the house in different rooms and bathrooms and made a mess at various walls
