Dear Sir / Madam, I have purchased a flat in 3C Greenopolis (Tower 8, Flat 1002) in Gurgaon through Proptiger. I have paid more than 80% of the payment but my cash back has not been paid by Proptiger. They are citing the reason that you have not cleared their dues. I am in touch with Mr Hitesh Mankad for 6 months on this issue BUT no progress is made. I am unable to reach your accounts department as the toll free numbers are always busy. Tell me the way out. Just spoke to your Customer service team. Standard reply Proptiger has not received commission from Orris hence my cahs back is delayed. It is against your company policy to share email interaction you had with Orris on not recieving your commission. I am the only loser as my money is stuck.
If Orris is a holding your commission then have you black listed it & stopped your association with them?
