My implant treatment at Orthosquare Ghatkopar East has been a highly disappointing experience.
1. Three Failed Implants and Five+ Months Delay: I trusted them for dental implants, resulting in 3 failures and a delay of over 5 months.
2. Doctor Abandoned Treatment: Dr. Shrishti Khanna, who assured me "I am here to stay" at the start of treatment, left without any intimation, leaving my treatment incomplete and dragged further.
3. Zero Coordination: Complete breakdown in communication between the Ghatkopar coordinators and the treating doctors.
4. No Accountability Post-Payment: Once payment is collected, there is a clear "don't care" attitude towards patient complications. No direct contact numbers of doctors are shared, CBCT & OPG xray report not shared with the patients and no transparent grievance channel exists.
5. Founder Inaccessible: Despite 3 emails to Founder Dr. Kunal Shet, / Dr. Riddhi Rathi, I received no response or callback to resolve my pending case. They are inaccessible to patients.
For anyone considering treatment here: please consider the clinical accountability and post-treatment support carefully. In my point of view & experience, the focus is more on publicity & marketing than on patient outcomes. Hope the management takes a note and revamp the system to make it patient friendly care and concern.
