We have started our son aligners treatment in Orthosquare dental clinic in Feb 2022. At that time they told us it is 8 months treatment.
- At the start of the treatment it was agreed that they will resolve the overall alignment including the crossbite on last tooth via combination treatment i.e. aligner and braces.
- After the payment when the treatment initiated Dr. Aakash told us that now there is a change in the treatment and we will do aligner treatment first and then if required at last we will do braces treatment.
- during the treatment we have been transferred from koregon park clinic to kharadi clinic in Pune as that centre was about to close.
- During the course of treatment 6 orthodontist have been changed and we have been explaining the same commitement to all doctors again and again.
- Now during this many changes in orthodontist one of the orthodontist has done slicing of the front tooth that was done much more then required and because of that after completion of the treatement threre is lot of gaps in the lower front four tooth and that will cause in food lodgement, cavities, root canal, cap and so on for no reason.
- our last tooth alignment with the help of braces is still pending after the treatment completion.
- when we raised our voice via email and dr. Divya then we have been introduced with Dr. Abdul who came to pune from Mumbai and he committed us that both the issues ( cross bite and gap) will be resolved by dr. lichi in 1.5 months.
- Dr. lichi and dr. Divya were very rude during the treatment and appointment schedule. they were not willing to resolve the issue and hence after 5 months it is as it is.
- now yesterday again we have been introduced to new orthodontist and he asked us to remove the tooth for the cross bite issue resolution and for gap he is suggesting some composite filling that is again a start from the zero.
- we are leading no were after 2 years journey inspite of 8 months and again and again different R&D is being done on our son's treatment.
- we are also not getting any response from the complaint email id
- we are not been given the direct owners or seniors contact number for the further advice.
- need solution on the urgent basis as this may lead to the life long dental issue for our son.
