Orthosquare Dental Clinic — I'm complaining about the Loan amount

Amount of Rs. 50000 has been deducted for the Loan from Orthosquare via my HDFC Debit card. But Initially they told that they're going to check the Loan eligibility and without any communication they have processed for the Loan.
