I wanted to fix dentures and it was agreed for rs.43000/- and to be completed in 2 weeks time. I started with them on 05/07/2019. They had many branches and we agreed for nallasopara as it was close for. They took the money within 2 days thru bajaj finance and then they did not paid attention. Dr ruchi, who enrolled me with sweet talks, will not respond to my messages and call and another doctor is forwarded. They were not able to take proper impressions of teeth, many teeth were done with root canal and was asked additional 3000 for every root canals. Dr ruchi trimmed my normal teeth to an extent where it started severe pain and i had to take pain killer for three weeks. After 2 months also, my work was not done. My 3rd cap was not done and i had to approach another dentist to solve my problem. Another doctors observation is attached. Since the dentures were not fixed properly, i still have swelling in the gums. I will have to redo all the procedure again. I believe i had an experience to see most unprofessional doctors. I would like to have a refund of my fees paid.
