Hello,

They treated my dental issue very badly.
Even they are treated very painful treatment.
they have to remove my cap...

Since one year almost completed still my treatment is not complete. They are not able to implant some of the teeth. I have paid 99% all the payment. My issue is that I want refund for the teeth which they are enable to implant and complete the treatment at the earliest last I have visited 19th oct 2024 their navi mumbai clinic airoli.
My payment is going through emi method. Very much disappointed by such services not polite with customer, doctors keeps on changing not a proper communication between the doctors.

I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I have received at your dental clinic since I began my treatment in 18th Dec 2021 (Case No 173125, Branch Nalasopara West).
I have patiently undergone numerous dental procedures with the expectation of seeing significant progress in the health of my teeth. However, I regret to inform you that I have experienced several issues that have left me greatly disappointed.

Firstly, the most concerning matter has been the consistent delays in my treatment. and the overall treatment duration has exceeded the expected time frame. This not only inconveniences me but also raises concerns about the effectiveness of the treatment.

Furthermore, despite the extended treatment period, I have observed only minimal improvement in the condition of my teeth. I had hoped to see more significant progress in terms of my oral health and overall satisfaction with the results. Unfortunately, I am left with the impression that the quality of service provided has not met my expectations.

I understand that dental procedures can sometimes be complex, and delays may occur, but I believe that clear communication and an efficient treatment plan are essential to ensuring a positive patient experience. I would appreciate it if you could address these issues and provide a more comprehensive plan for my ongoing treatment.

Request you to please look into my issue on priority.

This is very serious things about these kind of doctors.. I m doing my ortho treatment from last 3years half from Vapi and half treatment from Delhi Dwarka.. there is a doctor name Nishtha( she will pay for everything that she did with me purposely) she made my mental status so bad that I was hospitalised bz I was fainted jz because of their daily dramas. I warned them for Police complaint. MISS NISHTHA IS GENERAL DOCTOR OR WE CAN SAY SHE...

Hii i m from Ahmedabad in gujarat and i complain to orthosquare dental clinic in khokhara ( Ahmedabad ) branch i treatment my son dental braces and pay 40000 and dr Akanksha treatment my son but last six months he is not call me treatment and every month need to treatment.
So i request to all dont go for dental treatment in orthosquare

My husband had started treatment with orthosquare at 1.2k... out of which 90k was paid... Dr varsha with sweet talks took 90k from my husband... But unfortunately my husband suffered from cardiac arrest... We are telling dem to return the pending amount ... Which they are not refunding
It is such a fraud company
They just know to grasp money from people...
They are looters
Now not refunding my pending amountbr...

I have complaint to Orthosquare Vikaspuri Delhi Branch regarding RCT dr. Harminder first they were saying there is no consultation fee after the consultation said to me for the extraction and fee will be 2000 for extract I agreed and they charged 700rs through UPI in advanced and appointed me for next day with another Dr. Then next day their excuses the dr will not come today due to with another patient please come to the next day i agreed...

First I paid the amt in the month of Oct 2020 in patlipada branch Dr akhil was the person who said my treatment will start after dec 2020 but they delayed till March to April month then my treatment started they provide me aligners April 2021 now it is Feb 2022 still there is no results and before also they .made a mistake just bcz of that my teeth treatment went wrong now I m suffering alots Just bcz of their dr mistake I m very much disappointed kindly help me in this case I hav paid 64000 for this treatment

this email needs an urgent attention from your side as this copy will also be forwarded to the consumer court & furthermore will also have an fir for medical negligence of the aligners treatment.

(1) misinformation given regarding the product
(2) fraudulent activity of sharing kickbacks
(3) overcharging with inappropriate service for the delivery of product
(4) medical negligence with no explanation of the required procedure pre and post-purchase.

*history & background:*

i had visited orthosquare (mumbai- ghatkopar branch) first in the month of sept 2020 regarding suggestions to go for aligners and dr teja took my impression for which i paid and after several follow-ups in the month of april 2021 i went 2-3 times for kotak loan procedure where i was told 4500 will be downpayment out of my total treatment cost of 45, 000 and the rest will be converted into monthly emi. Then after this whole loan procedure, i was told i need to go for scanning which again took so many days, and then finally after 2 months the first set of aligners came on 7th june. Dr arwa i guess did my ipr and attachment was done by teja. The upper set seemed to be fine then but lower was not i kept on saying extraction will be there as i has consulted before as well but teja said no they will do ipr only after 3-4months of rigorous follow up then teja said they discussed my case and it requires extraction like all this while you guys have no idea regarding the treatment and for 4months i only had first set o[censored]pper aligner then, after all, this when the second aligners came again ipr was performed because 2nd set was not fitting at all. During this i contacted kotak to cancel my loan because i was just paying the emi and in return this treatment was going haywire so they were ready to do it but they just needed the respective clinic approval on mail for which i contacted teja and again after several follow-ups, she asked dr jennifer to call me. Jennifer called me almost 3-4months back listened to everything and went off, again i kept on asking (calling, messaging) then finally after a month she called me and i requested her to cancel my loan and told that i will pay directly to orthosquare as previously i was given the option to pay 15k in 3parts but she didn’t bother much and just said i will get back and till now she has not contacted once and whenever i called she either says she’s busy or she will call but she never did.

Coming back to aligners, i never wore my 2nd set as they never fitted instead i wore the 3rd aligner in the month of september 2021, and the 4th and 5th i got it on 19th nov 2021.
If i am not wrong one set should be worn for 15days right but with orthosquare it’s 30 days and sometimes even more. The whole month of dec '21 i kept on asking and reminding for further aligners now it’s jan and finally, on 6th jan i went to the clinic just to collect the 6th aligner and when asked several times about the further aligners, i have been told it's been ordered so that means the 6th set i will wear for again 2months right as no one is bothered about the treatment and it's tracking.

My whole experience and everything was such a mishap and misguided process. You guys only cared about money and nothing bothers you if the customer's treatment or service goes fine or not.

If all this was known to me, i wouldn't have opted for the treatment in the first place.

More than 50% of the total amount has been paid to kotak plus on top of it directly to orthosquare so kindly action the following on an immediate basis:

(1) letter of loan cancellation to kotak.
(2) complete payment refunded of as i do not want your
treatment nor do any of the materials.

I have complained to orthosquare regarding the broken implant imbedded in my gums and whole plate moving I had to fly urgently from Patna to get it removed they finally had a look I told them I am taking pain killers and impossible to eat but I think they are brushing me off many communication as I have records but no seriousness shown

My dentist were based in kharghar
I am in pain

Met dr riddhi seth who with sweet talk and false assurance, said they will be able to provide overseas support for any complaints wrt invisible aligners for which i paid 80000/_ one of the aligners after wearing for a week cracked.. Approached dr kunal seth who only asks time to look into, n dr sailee who says we r doing our best.. It's 2 months their best is not good enough.. Looks like i will hv too redo the treatment... Very dissappointed with orthosquare.. Made a mistake getting carried by their sweet talk.

I wanted to fix dentures and it was agreed for rs.43000/- and to be completed in 2 weeks time. I started with them on 05/07/2019. They had many branches and we agreed for nallasopara as it was close for. They took the money within 2 days thru bajaj finance and then they did not paid attention.
