I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I have received at your dental clinic since I began my treatment in 18th Dec 2021 (Case No 173125, Branch Nalasopara West).
I have patiently undergone numerous dental procedures with the expectation of seeing significant progress in the health of my teeth. However, I regret to inform you that I have experienced several issues that have left me greatly disappointed.

Firstly, the most concerning matter has been the consistent delays in my treatment. and the overall treatment duration has exceeded the expected time frame. This not only inconveniences me but also raises concerns about the effectiveness of the treatment.

Furthermore, despite the extended treatment period, I have observed only minimal improvement in the condition of my teeth. I had hoped to see more significant progress in terms of my oral health and overall satisfaction with the results. Unfortunately, I am left with the impression that the quality of service provided has not met my expectations.

I understand that dental procedures can sometimes be complex, and delays may occur, but I believe that clear communication and an efficient treatment plan are essential to ensuring a positive patient experience. I would appreciate it if you could address these issues and provide a more comprehensive plan for my ongoing treatment.
