Dear Sir/Madam,

I, Mohammed Hafeezuddin Siddiqui I applied for WES transcripts. Everything was going well, I uploaded all the necessary documents, until the payment page came up. I made the payment and it has also been deducted by my credit card but online it showed me there was a pay failure. But the transaction has been deducted a total of 4451.92rs have been deducted from my account.
It is my humble request that you please verify this transaction and do the needful at the earliest possible by refunding the amount deducted from my credit card.
