DELAY IN SERVICE: Non-delivery of PG Degree Certificate after 4 Months (Receipt: BD082500127)

I am filing this complaint regarding the non-delivery of my Original Degree Certificate from Osmania University.

I applied for the certificate under the 'Normal Mode' on August 20, 2025. The official timeline for delivery was stated as "Issue in 25 Working Days + Postal delivery". However, it has now been nearly 4 months, and I have not yet received the document.

I have attempted to contact the university support...

EAF not prepared even after successfull payment

I have paid the fee amount and the transaction was successful, but still the osmania epr site shows eaf not prepared,
Now i want to pay another time but the site has no option for preparing EAF from last 4 days. 28th is the last date.
This is the same problem every time every year every semester.
Can't they just issue a notice to pay amount only through ATM Card or netbanking ?...

Online fraud for WES with Transcripts

on 07/04/2025 i had applied online in osmania university website for WES with transcripts service. my receipt no TE[protected]. i had paid arount 6712.
for each document i had paid 200rs and for urgent mode i paid 900rs, and for Delivery - Abroad of documents i paid 4000rs and user charges 12rs.

Am Shiva Pradeep. I have applied Degree certificate on 22nd Sep 2022 with Urgent Mode with the payment of 2900 Rs (Receipt No. BC[protected]. As per their rules, with urgent mode it should be delivered with in 7 to 9 days. But Now its crossed 12 days. But still status is showing as Under Process. Am called them so many times, but all OU mobiles are switched off/not working.

Examination result and rule 0.5

I has been mentioned on the application form that answer script reaches the applicant within a month but Iam yet to receive it. I would like to highlight that one month has passed but no avail. hall-ticket not found even after paying for revaluation

I have paid revaluation fees for 5 of my 4th semester subjects at mee seva center, and got the confirmation slip too. However when the university released the revaluation it said that my hall-ticket number was not found. Many student got there results even though their result did not change, however for me it showed that my hall ticket was not found. I have paid a large amount for 5 subjects and yet my number was not found, i'm very disappointed....
