Osmania University — College is not giving vacation .. College is collecting extra 20k fees

College is collecting extra 20k fees apart from the fee mentioned during counselling.
The mentioned fee during counselling is 30, 860 rs but the college is taking additional 20k the total coming around 50, 860.
We're getting scholarship of 20k from which students get only 5k in their account.
The college isn't giving any vacation despite orders from the government.
