Osmania University — Convocation Certificate Not received - BC[protected]

I have applied for convocation certificate on urgent basis and paid the required fee but still have not received the certificate. When my brother the office there is no response from any of the department. The section people are very rude and not at all ready to provide any info. They don't answer the calls or respond to emails. There is no timeline as to when the certificate will be issued.
The staff is so pathetic that they don't care about the complaint made also. No one is bother about the students who are having problems. Like me many may lost the job or in some other problems. Kindly look into it urgently.
