I tried paying my exam fee for 3rd semester on 26 December, it showed failed on EAF clg website two times but the amounts were debited from my bank account via UPI. I raised the issue with my bank and I got refund of one transaction of Rs1000 but not for second transaction which was also of amount Rs1000. Bank customer service said that Osmania University has refused the dispute and said that the transaction was correct so they won't refund it. Please refund my money.
