Osmania University — no reply from osmania university

This complaint is in regards to osmania university education verification department. I have applied my education transcripts two sets to osmania university for world education services, and in return they sent only one set and further in order to validate the information. Wes has mailed to osmania university asking to verify the education documents.. It's been a month and osmania university haven't responded due to which my process is getting delayed.. I have tried to reach all the nos. Listed on there website but no one answers the call.. I have also tried to contact people, but no one gives any proper response on who is the concerned person or department... Am so tired of contacting them...
