Osmania University — Transcripts not sent to WES by OU even after 2 months from date of application

This is to lodge a complain regarding WES transcripts for my spouse from Osmania university which is not processed for near about 2 months. Osmania University has not sent the transcripts to WES for evaluation. Due to this the process of ECA is on hold.

I am currently residing in Canada and I have no means to visit the University in person. I have followed up with Osmania university through email and phone calls, however no response from university so far.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
