Osmania University — Wes with transcripts urgent mode

Hello,
I have applied for WES WITH TRANSCRIPTS on 7th of November 2021. I'm a Pharm D graduate. Despite having 5 working days at hand I was informed about documents being rejected on the 5th day. Without providing proper reason or explanation as to which document is incorrect, my application was rejected and I was asked to come down to the university the same day. When I submitted the documents as per requirements which were told to me the said day, I was told it will take another 7 days to submit.
It has been more than 14 days now and there is no update about documents being sent.
In total it has been 20+ days and there is no point of me paying for an urgent mode which is double the cost for normal mode.
I request a refund of the amount for urgent mode after deduction of the amount for normal mode. Why should I pay extra for the incompetent services of the university.
