Oswaal Books — too much delay and irresponsible people especially ladies over there.

We ordered 7 books online. But we received only 5. Ordered in june 2017. But still we didn't receive our books. Whenever we call they say we will send in 2 days or they say out of stock.. Finally we purchased outside and asked them to refund. Ravi from oswaals he said will refund within 2 days. Please don't order online prefer cash on delivery if you order online.
