Sir,

I ordered a water proof bike cover on July 13-2013 from http://www.bhaap.com/ website.(Order #[protected]placed on July 13, 2013 11:32:44 AM IST)) Paid 349 rupees through my credit card. According to their terms and conditions they they have to send the product with in 15 days from order date. But they did not shipped the product in time. On sending repeated mails and online chats finally they shipped the product. From the response itself they proved that they are not genuine. because they are not ready to refund my money and not shipping the product. They says the product shipment is not under their control. Their vendor has to ship the product. You and everybody know that we are not aware of their vendors and no need to worry about their internal problem. 15 days itself is a big time to deliver such a product. And when I got the cover I can see full scratches all over the cover, through which rain water is fully entering to my bike through the WATER PROOF BIKE COVER. So that product is of no use. I purchased this cover to protect my bike from this monsoon. But I lost my money. I contacted their customer care, they said me to send the photos of the damaged cover. I send some photos to them. Every one can see tiny tiny holes in the cover through which water is entering to bike. But they are replying me that they cannot see any damage there and hence cannot replace the cover. They are also refusing to give their office address or any contact numbers. I am attaching some photos of the damages area, (please note that entire seat cover is like these photos). A water proof should not allow water in to the product which the cover is protecting. but they are not agreeing that. Sir please take necessary actions to get my bike cover replaced or get my money refunded.
