I applied to register my company on 16th december 2012 in delhi office. i was promised a total time of 6 weeks by mr shanoj in delhi office. since then its been 6 weeks that my company is not registered and still they say that it will take 2 weeks more to get it registered. All the time i call them or mail them, either they dnt reply or reply in very rude manner.
some examples:

1) one of their employee(mr alok, delhi office) said to me, " it doesnt matter to us what you think or write about our company, since we are so big, these things cant affect us. Customers have a habit of being dissatisfied, and we cant take care of it everytime"...i was shell shocked to hear this.

2) I asked them to add objectives as per my old company objectives, i sent then scanned pdf for the same.but they did not add those objectives first, and when i called them to ask why did they not added them, the answer was " sir its so long, we cant type it. if you want you have to type and send us those objectives. also these will not be added in ur primary objectives as we have already primary filed objectives for ur company"...again i was like...why the hell you asked my confirmation to file objectives, when you were in mood to file objectives as per your convenience.

3) I talked to their senior to compained about all these issues, and as expected, he said " sir it does not matter what happened, just tell me what you want, i told him " i want registeration done in 2 days, for which he said it will take 2 weeks, i cant help it".
i was literally laughing , like what they think , how will they survive if behavior continued this way?

now after repeated reminders since 16th of december, these guys are not in mood of listening to any problem. i had to register another company to save losses on already occupied assets. and luckily it took 8 days to get my company registered with other CA, with much lesser amount.
