I enquired about LLP registration with CompaniesInn in their website. The Sales staff followed with almost every day to place an order with them. They said that we will guide each and every step through Video call and any difficulty you face would be resolved in a minute.

Finally they convinced me with their services. Here comes the catch. The first step would be to pay the amount part/full. The part payment is their full service charge. This is just to validate your documents.

I have made my payment. That is the last time the sales person responded properly. I was routed to back office team with the contact number and a mail id. Trust me for the past 5 days i would have made at-least 50 calls. No one would ever respond to mails or respond to calls.

The only thing you would be left out with is being clueless after shedding out your money.

Every startup struggles to source their funds so as ours.

For the money i have paid, not even a single time they called me and updated about the next steps. I had to find my own way to dig out their portal which is much complicated than MCA portal and update all information.

Very pathetic experience. I would suggest readers to look for alternative company. There are very good and professional consultancy which does this at the same price.

I applied to register my company on 16th december 2012 in delhi office. i was promised a total time of 6 weeks by mr shanoj in delhi office. since then its been 6 weeks that my company is not registered and still they say that it will take 2 weeks more to get it registered.
