You may be looking for a detective agency in Kerala the GOD'S OWN COUNTRY. But if you reach at The Southern Detective Agency I can say with my experience, they are very good frauds. They are doing fraud activity such an open manner, first they will take money in advance from you then will never come back or report with any report of the investigation. They are not decent people. Probably they cheated thousands of good people by this now. Because of the nature of investigation which is secret, nobody will complain about them to any police. Also they have power by the money they made by cheating. So gentlemen in Kerala please do not use his service. Who knows who else are involved in this cheating project in Kerala. Kerala itself is a CHEATERS OWN COUNTRY now. Before that was GODS OWN COUNTRY. Most probably you may notice this message after you got cheated from these people. Most unreliable agency I had to deal with. After paying full amount they had sent a stupid report which doesn't contain the facts I wanted to enquire. They have given me back all the information I had given them duly
typed. They even don't have the basic English language to make a proper report. The so called MD CJ Babu is very arrogant and not customer friendly. I will never recommend this agency to even to enemies. Most dishonest agency who is interested only in money. They give a tentative date but never keep it. The MD get wild when any clarification is asked for.

Thank you for sharing your experience. I completely relate to every point you've raised. I, too, hired Southern Detective Agency, Ernakulam, and paid ₹17, 000 in full for an investigation. Unfortunately, the final report I received was vague, inaccurate, and lacked any credible evidence. In fact, most of the content seemed to be a rephrased version of the information I had already shared with them.

There was no structured surveillance, and the only video sent was factually incorrect. When asked for clarifications, the agency became unresponsive, and the communication was handled in a highly unprofessional manner. Repeated follow-ups were ignored, and promises of review were never fulfilled.

Based on multiple similar reviews and my own experience, it is clear that the agency is not committed to delivering fair, ethical, or transparent service. I sincerely urge others to be cautious before trusting them with sensitive matters.
