Subject:- Complaint Against Unauthorized Construction Most Respected Sir/Madam, I, Sneh Lata, R/O 32/2(B), Punjabi Bagh Extn., New Delhi – 110026, would like to draw your kind attention towards unauthorized construction on our building roof. Our Building already has Basement, Ground Floor, 1st & 2nd Floor. 2nd Floor is owned by Mr. & Mrs. Sidhu and Mr. & Mrs. Mahajan and they are constructing an extra illegal floor in our building. In this regards I would like to draw your kind attention on below mention points:- • Our Building is old construction building and the date of construction is before 2000. • Our Building doesn’t have ground parking facility as per new rule of construction of building. • Lift facility are also not available in our building. • As mention above we already have 4 floors in our building. • We are already facing the problem of water leaking in our ceiling and wall of building. Recently our neighbour (r/o 31/3) building was shook due to illegal construction by builder of 31/1 and the building has been declare under the risk to collapse by dignified authority of MCD. I had already made the complaint to the MCD office and Police Station for their illegal construction work but no action was taken in this regards till now. As the process of illegal construction is in full swing, so we request your honour to look into the matter immediately and take the necessary action or pass the necessary instruction to the concern department. Request you once again to take immediate action because this is also the matter of safety of our building and their resident which includes my family (i.e. My Husband & My Kids) and our belongings. Sir,I am the resident of 3B block Ramesh Nagar, Single Storey 110015.For past 2-3 months there is illegal construction carried out by house owners Pritam Singh Son of Gurudev Singh resident of 3B/10, Single Storey, Ramesh Nagar(Back Side) Near Head Post Office Lane have illegallay captuted entire full space behind there house blocking the entire street which is made for all local residence for moving here and there, Due to that all we are unable to park there cars infront of our houses.It is pertinent to state that the local administrative body is allowing him to carry on the unauthorized construction by becoming mere spectators. This construction is creating lot of miseries for the residents around and is a threat to normal living and if this unauthorized construction is not stopped immediately it will encourage others to follow the same practice. Such unauthorised construction is a serious threat to the peaceful living of this residential area and it is therefore prayed before your goodself that immediate action should be taken against him to stop the ongoing illegal construction and to demolish the unauthorized structure that he has already built.
Many Complaints goes to MCD but no response, some persons are coming from MCD takes money from Owners and get back without doing anything.
