[Resolved] Weblink.in P Ltd — Misleading about services

I had bought a domain www.buttertubsoap.com on 18.oct 2012 through reseller i.e(weblink.in P ltd). They told me that they will promote my domain online & will provide online shopping on my website by net banking, it's 20 march 2013 still they haven't given me these facilities which they had promised to give with in1 month So I want to self excess my domain,kindly tell me the solution for it.
