Dear sir,

We are facing drainage overflow problem in front of our premises, the drainage water is overflowing through man hole and spreading over entire road around 1 to 1.1/2 km since 25 days with heavy bad smell due to which surrounding people are getting ill health and this has become a regular problem no body are taking care for this problem.
We are continuously giving complaints by calling call center and updating with latest photos in this particular website but still we are not getting solution. Recent complaint numbers are 1533 - 06.08.2018 and 2011 - 18.08.2018 and 1363 on 18.08.2018 the mentioned complaint were being closed by themselves with comment as problem resolved but non of your team has visited the location nor solved the problem.

So, our kind and sincere request to your team please visit the given complaint location and please solve the problem.
