Outlook Group — outlook magazine subscription - cheating

On 17-01-19, i have paid rs.8549 to outlook publishing india ltd., by online transfer towards subscription (No. Ol/479866) for outlook magazine for 5+1 years. (Period 24-02-20 to[protected] as per their requests via mails and whatsapp message. They have also not sent any receipt for the subscription amount.
But outlook group has unilaterally taken the amount for combined subscription to outlook for 3 years[protected] to[protected] and outlook business for 2 years[protected] to 12-02-21. (Subs no.49737).
Inspite of my requests, outlook publishers are neither ready to modify the subscription to outlook for 6 years nor to refund the amount.
