I subscribed for their weekly magazine on 17th January 2021, but have not received a single copy despite contacting them via their email and phone numbers. I asked for a refund but they turned me down. I really need the money ASAP....

It has been more than 60 days since I subscribed to the magazine subscription, but I have not received a single copy yet. It is really upsetting....

On 17-01-19, i have paid rs.8549 to outlook publishing india ltd., by online transfer towards subscription (No. Ol/479866) for outlook magazine for 5+1 years. (Period 24-02-20 to[protected] as per their requests via mails and whatsapp message. They have also not sent any receipt for the subscription amount.
But outlook group has unilaterally taken the amount for combined subscription to outlook for 3 years[protected] to[protected] and...
