I recently purchased a renewed iPhone XS (256 GB) from Ovontica. Upon receiving the phone, I discovered multiple issues, including:

• The battery has significant performance issues and does not hold charge as expected.
• The display flickers constantly, making the phone difficult to use and indicating a possible screen defect.

Despite multiple attempts, I have been unable to reach Ovontica’s customer service helpline. The lack of support and the faulty condition of the phone have left me with an unsatisfactory product and no resolution options.

Request for Resolution:
Given the defective battery and flickering display, I am requesting a full refund. Due to the need for a reliable device, I have already purchased a replacement from another vendor.

• The phone was sent in a Samsung mobile box rather than the original or a suitable iPhone box, which was very concerning at first.
• The battery has significant performance issues and does not hold charge as expected.
• The display has a constant flickering issue, making the phone difficult to use and indicating a potential screen defect.

I have tried repeatedly to contact Ovontica’s customer service helpline to resolve these problems, but I have been unable to reach anyone. The incorrect packaging, along with the phone’s faulty condition and lack of support, have left me with an unsatisfactory product and no resolution.

Request for Resolution:
I am requesting a full refund due to the defective condition of the device and the incorrect packaging. I have already purchased a replacement from another vendor as I urgently need a functional phone.
