I recently purchased a renewed iPhone XS (256 GB) from Ovontica. Upon receiving the phone, I discovered multiple issues, including:
• The battery has significant performance issues and does not hold charge as expected.
• The display flickers constantly, making the phone difficult to use and indicating a possible screen defect.
Despite multiple attempts, I have been unable to reach Ovontica’s customer service helpline. The lack of support and the faulty condition of the phone have left me with an unsatisfactory product and no resolution options.
Request for Resolution:
Given the defective battery and flickering display, I am requesting a full refund. Due to the need for a reliable device, I have already purchased a replacement from another vendor.
