I have ordered Google pixel 5 but i did not get any confirmation when i try to contact them they did not wit to pick up the phone call...

Hello, I've ordered a Sony Xperia XZ3 from Ovantica.com, after finding out that the phone does not supports Jio sim card so i asked them for a refund.
They firstly did nothing to reverse pickup the product but after few days of calling again and again they arranged a pickup .
Now when the product has reached them they are doing same thing not picking up calls and hence NOT REFUNDING MY MONEY BACK.
the amount is Rs- 10, 400 .
Please help me to refund my money back asap.

I purchased a mobile "google pixel 3" from ovantica.com on 13 feb2023. I received this product on 15 feb2023. After testing the device I found some faults in it so I tried to contact customer care number on 16 feb2023. But there is no response from customer support. If we go to place new order section on phone then customer care easily pickup the phone but when I share my concern then they cut the phone always.

It was on 12/01/2022 I had ordered a phone from Ovantica.com through bluedart courier, they assured me that it will be delivered within 2-3 business days, and it's day 5 today neither a message nor a call. Please kindly look into it and resolve this as soon as possible.
