Overlay Clothing — Infinite delay in the order , fake commitments and no response to calls and DM | |||||
I made my first order as this company was launched by Shloke Srivastava aka the TECH BURNER. . Having the faith in him the product looks outstanding and very premium, i made the order on 21st August 2021 and kept waiting for the order . When i felt i have not received and tracking details i tried to reach them out on the mentioned helpline number on their website www.overlayclothing.com After the number of failures and no response from them i started commenting on their new youtube videos . Seeing that i got a mail and DM on my Instagram with a response that there were some issues with the huge order number and thus the shipments were delayed . Later some how 4 days ago i tried to connect to the same helpline number and got connected. Person from their company ALEX spoke to me and said i will be receiving my order by the end of the week which was 12th of September. And i will also receive the mail regarding the same in 24 hrs but as expected no response was received and now no one is answering call on that helpline. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Its been 7 days to my order placed with overlays clothing owned by SHLOK SHRIVASTAVA and I haven't recieved any mail or such information regarding the current status of my product. There is no information regarding the shipping date as well. I have also put mail and tried to contact them in certain ways provided but haven't received any reply to them.
