The company policy says that they will shipp the orders within 1-2 days which are prepaid but they are not
Please take serious actions against them

I have ordered a polar hoodie on 18 November and still I have not received it.pls help me to get it as soon as possible.

I have ordered a polar hoodie on 18 November and still I have not received it. They are not replying to me.

The service is very very very bad, I had my prepaid order on 17 November 2022 it has not been received by me yet. They are not shipping it properly neither giving any reply on mails, instagram anywhere no contact number nothing, neither they are refunding the money.

I purchased the product as tech burner is a good brand, but those 2 product s took 20 days to reach. Now I wanna return a product but their is no way I can do it.because their services are so bad, they are not responding to emails, phn no. Massage s, text etc... They are a fraud brand. Even after my multiple emails, texts etc. They haven't replied even for one's... I want them to be punished as they can't go like this...

I picked an order for Sherpa Hoodie from Overlay Clothing on 24.01.2022. Due to its small size, I made a request to the company
on 25.01.2022 to inform me about the process of returning the product. The same day I received a mail from the company to send the image of the product and the same was done on 25.01.2022 and 26.01.2022. After this, no response from the company has been received so far. Please help me in returning the product and getting the refund from the company.

I haven't receive any order since 15days
They are not responding to my mail nor their customer care number works.

I made my first order as this company was launched by Shloke Srivastava aka the TECH BURNER. . Having the faith in him the product looks outstanding and very premium, i made the order on 21st August 2021 and kept waiting for the order . When i felt i have not received and tracking details i tried to reach them out on the mentioned helpline number on their website www.overlayclothing.com
After the number of failures and no response from them i started commenting on their new youtube videos . Seeing that i got a mail and DM on my Instagram with a response that there were some issues with the huge order number and thus the shipments were delayed . Later some how 4 days ago i tried to connect to the same helpline number and got connected. Person from their company ALEX spoke to me and said i will be receiving my order by the end of the week which was 12th of September. And i will also receive the mail regarding the same in 24 hrs but as expected no response was received and now no one is answering call on that helpline.
