Overnite Express — courier parcel domestic yet not delivered

I had handed over a packet to ur company courier boy. He has given me receipt of that also but there is no updates on website. He has not entered that number to system. I handed over him on 24 july 2018. But that packet has not delivered yet. I have no information about that packet. Pathetic service from overnite express. Receipt copy is attached with this. Reply as soon as possible. That agent is not replying to my calls.
