[Resolved]  Overnite Express — Delay/Non Delivery of courier

Dear Sir, I am Gaurav Khetan. I dispatched a courier from Hyderabad for Bhagalpur on 6th September 2014 (AWB [protected]). The courier was expected to be delivered by 9th September. But it has still not been delivered. I am unable to trace the courier as it seems to show the same status since last 5 days. I tried to call the customer care many times but no one is picking the phone on the number mentioned on the website. Even the local overnite express vendor is not able to give me any information about my parcel. The parcel has my important documents and I am worried if it is misplaced anywhere.
