I sai suman (Consignee) having awb number: [protected], this to inform you that my institute icai (I. E. Consigner) has send my study material through your courier agency that you also dispatched to hyderabad on 4th june 2018. If a parcel hardly takes 2 -3 days to reach to hyderabad from delhi, then why are you delivering in the city limits. It has been more than 15 days.

I think you guys like books, i will share the soft copy i[censored] want, please dont use mine.

Further i would have feel like reaching tip of mount everest, if you respond to the mail or call, the local office as well as head office.
