Dear sir, I have to inform you that one of my relatives has sent me a parcel which was booked on 28th june 2018 at overnite courier, jaipur to the undersigned which was supposed to be delivered within 48 hours. But unfortunately till date i haven't received and there's no information regarding it. Kindly tell me when i m going to receive my parcel and what is the possible cause of delay.
