Overnite Express — I ordered a camera and being scammed

I ordered a camera from a person who I met online he was selling his camera for 9500 and I gave him 250rs as an advance payment and I was supposed to be paying the balance amount at the time of delivery but on delivery day he asked me for 3500 as security deposit so I transferred him 2000rs and 1500rs in two payments but then he asked for more 3500 for mail clearance issue due to wrong payment at first totally I paid 7250rs to him then he was asking for more 7250rs so I refused to pay him and asked for order cancellation and refund so he said the order won't be cancelled...
