Overnite Express — I'm not being provided the service which I paid for

This is regarding the awb no [protected]. The tracking on the website says destination not serviceable and the package is sitting in their hyd hub for over a week. This is terribly unprofessional. If they cannot service a location why did they take the parcel addressed to that location in the first place. I'm not being provided the service which I paid for. Now that they have taken the parcel in their hands it's their responsibility to deliver it to me, I don't care if they service the location or not.
